Authorized and Experienced
Instructors
Our staff of instructors are seasoned GIS professionals,
who not only work with the software packages they teach,
but have years of experience as public speakers, seminar
instructors, and as college lecturers on geographic
information disciplines. This experience helps our instructors
to distinguish between the needs of beginners and advanced
GIS users, and to tailor course content appropriately.
Customized Courses
and Training Materials
AGIS can prepare customized training programs
to meet your unique needs, and to focus on specific
software applications. Our instructors can develop new
training materials and even integrate a client's data
into our existing course presentations, manuals, and
exercises.
Training At Our Site Or Yours
AGIS has a training center located within our corporate
offices in Schenectady, New York. The facility provides
individuals with an opportunity to work at their own
PC in a small group setting. If distance to our corporate
office is an obstacle, please contact us about conducting
client-site training. Consider this option when distance
is a factor and/or there is a large number of individuals
to train. For AGIS to conduct client-site training,
a room with adequate computing resources should be located
on-site or at a nearby facility.
